SolarDesk is a solar design and simulation platform that enables users to create, manage, and share solar installation designs and energy production simulations. By using SolarDesk, you agree to these Terms of Service.

To use SolarDesk, you must create an account using a valid email address or sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SolarDesk only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

All content, features, and functionality of SolarDesk, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of SolarDesk and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your solar designs and project data remain your property.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolarDesk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SolarDesk is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Solar simulations and energy production estimates are approximations and should not be relied upon as guarantees of actual performance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SolarDesk at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of SolarDesk after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
